Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a scrapbook cost?
$300. I will collect a $150 deposit to cover supplies and shipping, and then the balance will be paid upon receipt of the scrapbook. My cost of labor is highly competitive, simply because I love what I do and want to make these scrapbooks as accessible as possible.

How do I submit payment?
At this time, I am accepting Venmo and CashApp payments only. There will be a QR code in your confirmation email and a QR code in your package to make the payment process nice & simple.

What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
If your scrapbook arrives in poor condition, or if you are dissatisfied with the final product, we will work with you to rectify the situation or issue a full refund. We want you to receive the scrapbook you were expecting (and deserve!).
***
When will I receive my scrapbook?
This depends on the deadline you provide in your Interest Form. If there are no other orders in progress, you could expect to receive your scrapbook within 4 weeks. If you do not have a deadline, I might complete other orders before starting yours. Keep an eye out for a confirmation email after you submit your form– I will provide an estimated delivery date in the body of the email.

How many photos should I submit?
I recommend sending between 65-75 photos. Anything below 65 might make the pages look bare, and anything above 75 might make the pages look crowded.
***
How do I send you photos?
Once you submit an Interest Form, I’ll send you a link to your very own Google Photos album. You will upload your photos to that album. Easy peasy!
***
How do you know what labels to use?
In Google Photos, you have the option to “comment” on each photo you upload. If you want a label on your photo, simply “comment” on the photo with the desired label.
***
How do you make sure my scrapbook is in chronological order?
In Google Photos, photos automatically upload according to the date they were taken on your phone. We love technology! However, if you are sending pictures OF older photos (ex., if you took a picture on your phone of an old photo from 1970), you’ll have to “comment” on that photo to let me know the actual date.
